Icon Events [Talent Management Research SL], operates and has the sole authority to sell and distribute tickets/sponsorship/partnership rights to the (“Event”), 

1. A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no rights under the Contracts to enforce any of its terms.

2. Payment. Full payment is required within 30 days of receipt of this signed form. Payments are non-refundable.

3. In the event of a cancellation by the client, no refunds shall be made. Cancellations must be received by email at least (4) weeks before the event date to obtain a full credit note to the value of the partnership fee only and does not include any additional charges such as card processing fees. This credit note can be used on any future event created and hosted by Icon Events within 12 months. Substitutions are allowed up to 4 days before the event commences.

4. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Icon Events, in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Client information is kept on Icon Events database & used to assist in providing products and services which maybe of interest to the client by Icon and its partners and sponsors and which will be communicated by email, or other electronic means. 6. By registering to  the (“Event”),  you agree to receive one or more email communication from partners and sponsors of to the (“Event”),  you have the right to opt-out at anytime from their distribution list

7. While every effort will be made to - adhere to the advertised package Icon reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location or omit event features, or merge the event with another event, as deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
