Over the past 40 years, there has been a lot of movement in terms of gender equality in Switzerland and the canton of Zurich. The actual equality of man and woman is still not a reality.

The indicators of the most important areas – education, unpaid work, employment, reconciliation of work and family life, wages and policies – continue to call for action for all, in the spirit of the diversity policy.

Marshall E-Learning was founded in 2002 and working with ACAS we developed our first web-based diversity training course, titled “Diversity in the Workplace”. That course and variations of it have kept Marshalls busy ever since. 19 years later we have trained over two million people in the UK, Republic of Ireland, United States, Canada, and various other places Internationally.

Over 300 clients now use our diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias eLearning courses, including, Rolls-Royce, Bank of England, Morrison Supermarkets, Scottish Parliament, Linklaters, Baillie Gifford, and Trinity College Dublin; some of which have been clients for more than 15 years.
