Director Global Talent Programmes
Rebecca initially worked in consumer and customer marketing at a country and at global level at both United Biscuits and GSK.
However 10 years ago she got the fantastic opportunity to lead communications for GSK’s global charitable programmes. This passion evolved into her leading the launch of GSK’s Global Volunteer Partnership, PULSE and she transitioned to HR. Since then her responsibilities have increased to develop GSK’s Global Talent Programmes, which includes Apprentice, Graduate (Futures Leaders) and MBA/Post-graduate (Esprit); with the remit to grow them to meet their future global talent needs.
Working in a Centre of Excellence, her team work with the country, business and regional HR representatives to design and manage best practice talent programmes – end to end from attraction and selection through to development and then off-boarding into their intended roles.
Her role has recently extended to be the custodian for the Employee Value Proposition for GSK and they are now exploring how they can strengthen their overall employee experience.
