Natalie has been an executive coach for over 10 years and specialises in coaching senior talent, leadership teams and HIPO or rising stars. She started her career in Human Resources, where she worked across Europe and the Middle East. With over 21 years experience in Talent Management and Organisational Change, her passion for the commercial benefits of gender diversity, and balanced leadership teams led Natalie to co-find Thriving Talent. Thriving Talent supports some of the world’s leading organisations to retain and develop talent.
Natalie has two young daughters and is driven to create a better world for their future. She is proud of creating two successful businesses, which empower individuals and drives sustainable cultural change.
