Before this, in her Leader for Diversity& Inclusion and HR Operations Europe capacity, Monika crafted the company’s regional Diversity & Inclusion strategy, led internal research to understand, penetrate and eliminate barriers that prevent more women to progress in P&G’s build-from-within culture. She also designed and facilitated interventions to drive leadership accountability in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Monika started her career in Procter & Gamble in 1993 as Talent Supply Manager Hungary and after various assignments in Human Resources and Marketing she was appointed as Human Resources Leader for the company’s Central Europe South country cluster. In 2008 she moved to Geneva to join the Procter & Gamble Europe Middle East and Africa Human Resources organization to lead regional talent management for Finance & Accounting. This position was followed by various other HR roles with regional scope with focus on talent management and culture change leadership.
Monika holds a degree of Business Administration from the Corvinus University of Budapest. She is a certified Executive Coach and Myers-Briggs practitioner.
