His proven strength is to combine deep business understanding with HR expert level understanding. He is currently head of HR for four different client groups within ArcelorMIttal.
He holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology and a PhD in Management sciences. His expertise lies in the crossroad between HR, industrialization and the impacts the future of organizations.
He has, next to his work in strategic an operational HR published three books on developing of leaders, and many articles, varying from E-assessment, to his latest works on “Future of talent”, and “addressing the business challenge of an aging workforce.”
On these areas of interest, he has held keynote speeches on most continents. His last book published in 2017 ‘Gear up! Shift development of your leaders in high gear” has received very high praise in the professional reviews.
Next to his work, he is a part time professor in the Luxembourg School of Business.
