Partner, D&I Advisory
In 2011 Liz was appointed to the UK & Ireland board as Managing Partner for Talent with responsibility for the firm’s employer brand and its own D&I strategy. During her four year tenure Liz’s impact in this role led to year on year improvement in employee engagement which in turn contributed to the firm outgrowing its direct competitors in each year. During this period Liz also designed and implemented a strategy which has seen a significant increase in the representation of women and BME colleagues in the upper echelons of the firm.
In 2016 Liz joined People Advisory Services with the responsibility of growing the firm’s D&I Advisory Business helping clients with the following areas:
- Data analytics and diversity
- D&I strategy
- Inclusive leadership / conscious decision making training and development
- National Equality Standard
- Assessment and benchmarking
Liz has received a multitude of awards and recognition for her work in the area of D&I. In particular in 2015 Liz was awarded an OBE for services to equality in the workplace and, in 2016, received an honorary Doctorate of Laws from the University of Bath for her work in the field of social mobility.
Liz is also a governor of University College School and is a Trustee of the EY Foundation, charitable trust.
