Global Head of Strategic Workforce Planning
Workforce planning became his professional focus after he saw how putting a model around people questions caused otherwise ambiguous and inefficient decisions to become structured and clear. He’s responsible for Nestlé’s SWP methodology and the tools that enable it. He now focuses on building additional internal capability to serve Nestlé entities, and finding ways to apply standardized concepts in creative ways to produce meaningful and relevant answers for customers.
Before joining Nestlé, Kevin worked at Deloitte Consulting and Hewlett-Packard. He earned a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University.
