Sr. Director Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion
As Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance for Randstad, she routinely collaborates with several clients in crafting and implementing robust and strategic diversity and inclusion solutions to meet growing diversity and inclusion needs for a host of Fortune 500 organizations around the globe.
In addition, she works to ensure that any implemented practices align with applicable staffing and/or hiring regulatory requirements. Specifically, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) for her North American based clients.
Lastly, as a key contributor linked to one of Randstad’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs, HireHope, Floss partners closely with the program’s senior manager and executive sponsor to service a population of young women that have survived domestic violence, exploitation and sex trafficking and are at risk of homelessness through community and corporate engagement and the creation of corporate skills-based training initiatives.
