A key focus of the strategy is to support the business in strengthening their leadership pipeline and whilst progress is slow, we have seen an increase in the number of female partner promotes rising from 15% in 2010 to 24% in 2018.
Prior to joining EY, Fleur spent 18 years in the Investment Banking Sector. Fleur is a regular conference speaker and contributor to thought leadership in this field. She is a Director of the NAS Academies Trust and is in the process of working with the NAS to build a specialist secondary school for children on the autism spectrum.
In the Queen’s 2013 New Year’s Honours List, she was named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in recognition of her contribution to Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and in 2016 she published a book called Inclusive Leadership – www.diversityandinclusiveleadership.com.
