Described as the World’s “Mr Employee Experience”™ and the “1# figure in employee experience around the World right now”, in 2017, Ben was officially named one of the World’s leading experts and influencers within employee engagement and his work featured in the Global Human Capital Trends Report 2017 by Deloitte University Press. Ben also co-designed and delivered Australia’s first Employee Experience Conference in partnership with PwC in May 2017 at which 500,000 employees and $88 Billion in revenues were represented in the room.

Ben’s work has been endorsed by the World’s leading companies, HR practitioners and business leaders and his work has been cited several times in UK Parliament as national best practice. In 2016-17 he was Chairman of the first employee experience conferences in Europe and Asia. He regularly advises the World’s leading companies and consulting firms.

Ben also set a new record in China with 2,300 HR Directors tuning in to his employee experience webinar in 2016. The first employee experience conference in Europe was based on Ben’s work; Ben also chaired, was keynote, and part-designed the experience, which has been hailed as “the best HR event ever” and included Google, Airbnb, Cisco, Adidas, Sky, Orange and many other leading companies.

As a global thought leader, in-demand speaker, and multi-award winning practitioner, Ben works with great organisations and people committed to the employee experience as a method of delivering meaningful and successful organisations.

Ben was the retained Director of Organisational Development at The University of Nottingham Ningbo China for three years and sits on the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai HR Committee. Ben is also co-founder of Thrive In Asia- a progressive HR platform.
