Writer, Journalist, Speaker & Coach
I am an international writer, speaker, adviser and coach. My specialist areas are leadership, inclusion and diversity, and the fast-changing world of work. I am former long-serving Financial Times writer, and co-author of the books Future Work and Why Women Mean Business. I’ve co-written a new book, INdivisible: Radically rethinking inclusion for sustainable business results, with Rebekah Steele which is published in early 2020.

Based in the UK, I speak and facilitate at public conferences and internal corporate events, and have been widely interviewed on both gender in business and the future of work. I am also a trained professional coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation.

My portfolio of activities includes:

  • Chair of the Cass Global Women’s Leadership Programme Executive Board, and Senior Visiting Fellow at the business school
  • Vice Chair of the International Women’s Forum UK
  • Alumna and co-facilitator of Collective Leadership, an innovative experiential leadership programme run by PresenceAtWork
