My expertise spans across 25+ years of international HR experience within the financial services and media industry. 10+ years I have specialised in Health&Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity&Inclusion, setting up the DEI function internationally. Strategically, we establised a Steering Committees and are partnering with senior leaders across the business building accountability across their country units and functional areas. Operationally we have been focusing on establishing ERG groups with different focus areas (e.g. gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, caring responsibility) and rolling out UBias trainings and understanding our diversity data and inclusion behaviours. Health&Wellbeing related, the prime focus has been on establishing a culture of flexible working and trust, raising awareness for the importance of both physical and mental wellbeing. We have upskilled and trained employees to becoming mental health first aiders to further educate our employees on the topic of mental health as well as providing peer-to-peer support in this space. Personally, I enjoy working in a multicultural environment and corporate setting that is commercially minded. I draw my energy from working with individuals within such settings in unleashing their potential, helping them find their authentic and unique path personally and professionally through mentoring and coaching conversations.
