An expert in the development and marketing of services, Nicholas has developed a portfolio of tools, data, and services that help organisations go to market more effectively and efficiently.
At IBM, Nicholas was director of channels and business partner management for EMEA driving revenue of $3bn through business partner sales. He then served as Vice President, Global Distribution Channel Strategy responsible for the development and application of the methods and processes to reach and support customers through the network of 48,000 business partners. His team grew sales to more than $4bn. He has undertaken a number of assignments in strategy development, performance management, segmentation, impact estimation, optimisation modelling and prioritisation of objectives.
A member of INCOSE – The International Council on Systems Engineering, he is also the chair of the enterprise committee of the Society of Projectics: the science of projects that involve complex systems and an editor of the Journal of Projectics. He has a Masters in economics, from King’s College, Cambridge and is a visiting lecturer at several universities.
