FAQs

How do I join the live sessions?

Use the access link you have received from ZOOM just after your registration, If you are already on the Exhibition & Networking platform you need to open a new window and click on the ZOOM link in your email which you have received when you registered

If you have lost your link please contact hello@icongroupltd.com

I am a free user, will I receive the slides and recordings?

You will only receive the slides if you connect at least once on the exhibition platform and visit at least 2 booths as well as the live sessions each day of the event, Day 1 and Day 2

A link with the slides will be send via email 10 days after the event

I would like to apply to be a speaker at your next event

The slides and recordings will be available on the on-demand page  3-5 days after the event, just log in with your user name and password

Can I change my ticket to Knowledge or Membership

Yes you can, just contact hello@icongroupltd.com with your choice and we will take care of the rest for you

I have a knowledge pass, when will I receive the slides and recordings?

The slides and recordings will be send to you via email app 7-10 days after the event with a link where you will be able to download the materials

I would like to become a member? what are the benefits?

If you become an annual member you will have access to all our online events throughout the year including webinars, interviews, workshops as Premium user [save 800€ a year ] and you will have access to on demand platform with slides and video recordings, and the option to download any materials you want
