The Millennial Generation is by far the most analyzed, most marketed to and most intriguing generation to date. It is a generation that is comprised of individuals who are extremely ambitious and not only have high expectations for themselves, but also for those around them including their friends, families, communities and brands.

“Millennials are more difficult to recruit, retain, motivate and manage than any other new generation to enter the workforce. But this will also be the more high-performing workforce in history for those who know how to manage them properly”,
-says Bruce Tulgan, author of “Not Everyone Gets a Trophy: How to Manage Generation Y”.

Millennials with make up 75% by 2025

By all accounts, Millennials are unlike preceding generations. They view the world differently and have redefined the meaning of success, personally and professionally. In some cases, this has led to misunderstanding among the different generations co- existing in today’s workplace. Increasingly, however, business leaders are realizing this generation’s unique competencies and perspective, and employers are looking for ways to harness their strengths.

In keeping with the millennial theme of fast paced learning, this one day seminar will cover three main sections of the Millennial Talent question. Firstly we will examine how companies recruit & attract millennial talent through social media. Secondly we will look at how you develop and engage early talent before finally exploring how you retain millennial talent.
