iCON Group Innovations Terms & Conditions
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Client information is kept on Icon Group Innovations Ltd., database and used to assist in providing products and services which maybe of interest to the client and which may be communicated by email, or other electronic means.
Full payment is required within 10 working days after the booking has been confirmed. Once the registration form (online, or paper form), is completed and submitted, the client agrees to all terms and conditions as stated. All payments must be received before the event commences and the client will be issued a receipt upon full payment.
Substitutions are free of charge and accepted up to 4 days before the event commences. All bookings are confirmed once submitted online or otherwise and no refunds shall be made.
Cancellations by the client, must be received by email or fax at least (6) weeks before the event commencement date to obtain a full credit note to the value of the participation fee. After this period a 50% value credit note will be issued. Credit notes can be used on any future event created and hosted by Icon Group Innovations Ltd for up to two years after the cancellation date.
Non-attendance or non-payment does not constitute a cancellation.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Icon Group Innovations Ltd., in connection with the events are expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
While every reasonable effort is made to adhere to the advertised package, Icon Group Innovations Ltd. reserves the right to change content, event dates, sites or location as deemed necessary without penalty and no refunds shall be made.
Governing law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England under jurisdiction of the English Courts.
